If you failed to pair your device with the earbuds:
Please restore them to factory settings as instructed below:
1. Place both earbuds in the charging case
2. Press and hold the Multifunction Touch Control of the right earbuds for 10 seconds until the LED indicator on both earbuds flash white three times.
3. If you have paired your device with the earbuds before remove”Boltune BT-BH021” from the Bluetooth device list and pair again.
4. Re-pair with your Bluetooth device as instructed in “Pairing” section.
5. If you receive a defective product or have any questions during use please do not hesitate to contact us.
